Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It exists because messaging channels are a shared resource: one workspace sending spam can get numbers blocked and accounts suspended for everyone, including you.

1. Consent comes first

Message people who have agreed to hear from you. Keep a record of how and when they agreed, honour opt-outs immediately and permanently, and never buy or scrape contact lists.

2. Follow the channels' own rules

WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram and the SMS carriers each publish their own policies on what may be sent, in what window, and with what template. Those rules bind you as much as ours do, and breaking them puts your own business account at risk before it puts ours there.

3. Content that is never allowed

  • Anything unlawful, or that promotes violence, hate or the exploitation of anyone.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or messages designed to mislead someone into paying or handing over credentials.
  • Malware, or links intended to compromise a device.
  • Adult content, gambling, or regulated goods where you are not licensed to sell them.
  • Anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property.

4. Using AI responsibly

Do not present an AI agent as a licensed professional, use it to give medical, legal or financial advice, or configure it to deceive people about who or what they are talking to. If someone asks to speak to a person, let them.

5. Respect the platform

No probing or attacking our systems, no working around plan limits or rate limits, no automated scraping of the app, and no reselling access without a written agreement with us.

6. Security research

Responsible disclosure is welcome. Report what you find to ⁦[email protected]⁩, give us reasonable time to fix it, and do not access other people's data while you look. We will not pursue researchers who work that way.

7. What happens if this is broken

Depending on severity we may ask you to stop, throttle or disable a channel, suspend the workspace, or close it. For anything that endangers other users we act first and explain immediately after.
