Sub-processors

Running Labeeq means relying on a small set of providers. This is the complete list of those that can process data from your workspace. We update it before a new provider starts, so you always have a chance to object.
1. Infrastructure

2. Messaging channels
Only the channels you actually connect are used. Each one carries the messages of that channel and nothing else.

3. AI
Used only when AI features are switched on for your workspace. None of these providers may train models on your content.

4. Payments and optional integrations

5. Being told about changes
Write to [email protected] and we will tell you before this list changes. If a new sub-processor does not work for you, tell us within 30 days and we will look for an alternative or let you leave without penalty for what remains of your term.
