Deleting your data
Last updated: 25 August 2026
You should not have to ask permission to remove your own data. Most of it you can delete yourself in a few clicks; this page explains how, what happens next, and how to ask us for the rest.
1. Deleting things yourself
- A contact and everything attached to it: open the contact in Contacts and choose Delete.
- A single conversation or message: open it in the Inbox and delete it there.
- A knowledge source, a file, a flow or a campaign: delete it from its own page.
- Your own user account: ask your workspace owner to remove you from Settings → Members.
Deleting is immediate in the app. Copies inside operational backups age out on their own schedule rather than being reached into.
2. Closing a whole workspace
Write to [email protected] from the address that owns the workspace, or message us on WhatsApp at +20 109 056 6135, and ask us to close it. We check the request really comes from the workspace owner, close it, and delete its data within 90 days — the delay exists so an account closed in error can be brought back.
3. If you reached us through a business using Labeeq
If a company messaged you through Labeeq and you want your data removed, ask that company: the record belongs to them, and they can delete it in seconds. If you cannot reach them, write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +20 109 056 6135 and we will pass the request on and tell you we have.
4. What we keep, and why
What stays is the financial record between you and us: the invoices for your Labeeq subscription and the payments made to us. Tax and company law require us to keep those, even after the workspace closes. That is a different thing entirely from your own invoices to your customers, or anything else inside your workspace — all of that is deleted with the rest. Security logs stay for a limited period only.
