What that looks like day to day

1

The maintained menu on request

A flow can send saved menu media, while an AI agent can answer from selected menu, hours and delivery-area sources. Staff should handle availability, substitutions and dietary risk.

2

Delivery intake without a phone queue

Collect requested items, quantities, location and contact details in the conversation, then assign the request to staff for price, kitchen and delivery confirmation.

3

Reservation follow-up the host can own

Capture date, time and party size, link an internal task to the contact, and send a confirmation or reminder only after your team or booking integration has accepted the request.

When you sign up and pick your trade, Labeeq offers this pack. It installs the flows, AI agents and quick replies below, all switched off until you review them.

Flows7

  • Welcome someone new Greets a contact the first time they ever write in, and tags them so you can see where your new people come from.
  • Ask what they need Offers Sales, Support and Delivery as buttons, then labels and routes the conversation by whichever they tap.
  • Answer after hours Tells anyone who writes when you are closed that you will reply when you open, and marks the thread so it is picked up first thing.
  • Take a booking request Asks what they want to book and when, writes it down, and gives the team the job of confirming it — an appointment, a table, a viewing or a visit.
  • Check the delivery address Asks for the address and a nearby landmark, saves both on the contact, and plans the delivery call.
  • Confirm a cash-on-delivery order Reads the order back and asks the customer to confirm before it ships — the single cheapest way to cut refused deliveries.
  • Catch a complaint early Watches for the words an unhappy customer uses, raises the thread and tells the team before it turns into a review.

AI agents5

  • 🛒 Take orders Sells from your catalogue in chat — finds the right product, builds the order, reads it back, and places it once the customer says yes.
  • 📚 Answer questions Answers what people ask using your own knowledge, and hands over the moment it is not sure. The first agent most businesses turn on.
  • 📅 Take booking requests Collects what you need to book somebody in — what, when, and who — and hands a complete request to the team.
  • 📦 Chase an order Answers "where is my order" from the customer's real orders — reads back the number, status and contents, and hands over the moment it becomes a refund or a complaint.
  • Check the order with the customer Gets the customer's yes on a cash-on-delivery order before a teammate confirms it — reads the items and address back, catches a duplicate or a half address, and flags anything that smells off.

Quick replies3

  • Send the menu /menu Here is the menu 👇 Tell me what you fancy and I will put the order together for you.
  • Take a table booking /table Happy to book you in 🍽️ How many of you, and which day and time?
  • Ask where to deliver /delivery Send me your address and a landmark near you, and I will tell you how long it will take.

  4. 4

Send an approved weekend offer only to eligible recipients, then review provider delivery states and the replies attributed to the campaign.

Where Labeeq fits

Restaurants and cafés that want to organise incoming menu, delivery and table enquiries while the POS, kitchen, booking system and staff remain responsible for acceptance.

Setup checklist

  • Maintain opening hours, menu versions, prices, service zones and policies, and define which availability, allergen or dietary questions always go to a trained person.
  • Build separate delivery and reservation intake paths with required fields, clear pending language, team routing and overdue follow-up tasks.
  • Test closed hours, unavailable items, full time slots, changed addresses, duplicate requests, opt-outs and provider template requirements before launch.

Important boundaries

  • Labeeq is not a POS, kitchen display, table inventory, payment or courier system. A captured request is not accepted until staff or a tested connected system confirms it.
  • Do not use an AI answer as an allergen or food-safety guarantee. Ingredient, cross-contamination and medical dietary questions require current restaurant data and qualified human confirmation.
  • Internal task reminders notify the assigned teammate. Guest confirmations and reminders require a separately configured message or flow and remain subject to channel policy and delivery.
