Roles and permissions
Give each teammate exactly the access they need.
A role is a set of permissions you can hand to many people. Labeeq ships with sensible ones — Admin, Operator, Dashboard viewer — and you can edit them or create your own in Settings → Roles.
The permission matrix
Each role is a grid of tick boxes grouped by area: inbox, contacts, pipeline, campaigns, automation, workspace and administration. Untick something and it disappears from that person's panel entirely — not just greyed out.
- Contacts: viewing phone numbers is its own permission, so junior staff can work without seeing customer numbers.
- Workspace: who may connect channels or change settings.
- Administration: who may manage teammates and billing.
Change the role, not the person. When someone new joins, they inherit the right access on day one.
