Invite your team

Every teammate gets their own login, so you can see who replied to whom — and remove access cleanly when somebody leaves.

1. 1 Go to Settings → Members and press Invite.
2. 2 Type their email and pick a role. Operator suits most agents; Admin can change everything in the workspace.
3. 3 They receive an email, set a password, and land straight in the inbox. Pending invitations are listed under Settings → Invitations.

Teams

A team is a group you can route conversations to — Sales, Support, the downtown branch. Create them in Settings → Teams, then a flow, an AI agent or a teammate can hand a conversation to the whole team instead of one person.
