Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to monthly and annual subscriptions purchased directly from Labeeq by businesses and individuals. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before purchasing a subscription. The trial does not waive or replace any statutory cancellation or refund rights.
2. Subscription payments
Except for the exceptions below or where applicable law requires otherwise, paid subscription fees are non-refundable for a change of mind, non-use, or cancellation during a paid billing period. We do not provide proportional refunds for unused subscription time in those circumstances.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You may stop future renewals from the subscription page in your workspace by confirming cancellation, or request cancellation by emailing [email protected] from your account email address. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Access continues until the end of the paid period. A cancellation request does not itself constitute a refund request.
4. Refund exceptions
We will refund duplicate charges and overcharged amounts. If we fail to provide the purchased service or a material service defect remains unresolved, you may request an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable. We will also provide any refund required by applicable law.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email address, invoice or payment reference, payment date, and the reason for your request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We will review the request and communicate the outcome. Refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible and processed within applicable legal deadlines. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including Egyptian consumer-protection law where it applies. Mandatory legal rights take precedence over any conflicting policy term.
