The Labeeq mobile app

The Labeeq app brings the shared inbox to your phone. It is in testing now: join the waitlist on the Labeeq mobile page and we invite you when it is your turn. Until then, the web app works in your phone's browser.

Signing in

• Use the same account you use on the web — email and password, or Google or Facebook if that is how you signed up.
• If you have two-factor sign-in switched on, the app asks for your code too.
• Forgot your password? The app sends a code to your email so you can set a new one.

What is inside

• Today — what needs you now, at a glance.
• Inbox — every conversation, live: reply with text, photos, files or a voice note, leave private notes and mention teammates, assign, snooze or close.
• Contacts — look people up and see their conversations.
• Orders — follow and move your orders.
• Reports — the main numbers of your workspace.

Notifications

The app sends a push when a customer writes, when someone mentions you, or when a conversation is assigned to you. Choose which of these you want from the app's settings.
