Orders and products
Keep a catalogue with stock, take orders from chats, and tell customers each step.
Orders lets you sell right next to the conversation: a product catalogue with stock, an orders board, and messages that keep the customer informed.
Your products
- 1 Open Settings → Products and press New product. Give it a name, a price, an optional code (SKU), a picture and a description.
- 2 Add variants for sizes, colours or packs — each with its own stock and, if needed, its own price.
- 3 Switch on stock tracking to count what you have, and set a low-stock alert so the team is told when an item runs low. Adjust stock from the product for deliveries or breakage; the stock ledger keeps every movement.
Selling through a WhatsApp catalogue? On your WhatsApp channel, open Catalog and press Sync products now to pull it into your products, or let it sync every night.
Taking orders
- Your team adds orders from the Orders board or from the conversation in the inbox.
- An AI agent with the «Take orders» action collects the items, address and payment method, reads the total back and places the order once the customer says yes.
- A flow can place an order with its «Create order» step, customers can send a WhatsApp cart, and your systems can use the API.
The order board
Orders move from New to Confirmed, Preparing, Out for delivery and Delivered — or to Cancelled or Returned. Confirming reserves the stock, delivering sells it, and cancelling or a return puts it back. Select several orders to move them, assign an owner, mark them paid, or export them.
Payment and messages
- Settings → Payment methods lists the ways you take money, with instructions the customer reads — for example an account or wallet number. Labeeq records whether an order is paid; it does not take card payments.
- Settings → Order messages sets what the customer receives when the order is placed, moves to each status, or is paid — on the channel the order came from. Outside the WhatsApp 24-hour window, pick an approved template for each message.
