Post comments on Facebook and Instagram

Comments on your Facebook and Instagram posts can come into Labeeq, so your team answers them in the same place as messages. Each post collects its comments on the Posts page.

Turn it on

1. 1 Open Settings → Channels, open your Facebook or Instagram channel, and go to its settings.
2. 2 Under Page comments, switch on «Receive post comments in the inbox».
3. 3 Open Posts. New comments show up under their post; press «Import recent posts» to fetch the latest posts and their comments straight away.

Answering

• Reply in public under the comment, or send the commenter a private reply in their messages — one private reply per comment.
• Hide a comment so the public no longer sees it; the author still sees their own. You can unhide it any time.
• Delete only spam or scams — a deleted comment is gone for everyone and cannot be restored.

Rules and the AI

• Rules in the channel settings can flag or hide comments with links, phone numbers, email addresses, blocked phrases, repeated text, emoji floods, or from blocked people.
• Choose how the AI handles comments: human only, an AI draft your team sends, or AI answers by itself. You can change this per post.
• Write a moderation policy in your own words and let the AI hide what breaks it. It never hides complaints or order questions, and each checked comment uses one AI credit.
• Set an offer on a post with an end date, so the AI can quote it in its public replies until it ends.
