The AI assistant and AI Assist

The assistant

The assistant sits in the corner of every page. Ask it about your workspace in plain words: «how many chats are waiting on a reply?», «what is due this week?», «how did the last campaign go?». It reads the inbox, contacts, pipeline, calendar, orders, campaigns and reports.

• It can propose changes — close or assign a conversation, add a contact, create or complete a task, move a lifecycle stage, add a label, move an order. Nothing happens until you press Confirm.
• It only sees what your own permissions allow.
• Your plan includes a number of questions each month; the panel shows how many are left.

AI Assist in the composer

While you reply in the inbox, AI Assist drafts an answer from your knowledge sources and quick replies, and rewrites your own draft: rephrase, fix spelling and grammar, simplify, expand, change tone or translate to the contact's language.

1. 1 Open Settings → AI Assist to choose its sources, give it a persona, and test it with a question.
2. 2 Switch on «Summarize conversations when they close» for a short summary only your team sees.
3. 3 Open Settings → AI Prompts to switch built-in tools on or off, and add up to 10 prompts of your own.
