See what your flows did

Every time a flow starts for a contact, that is a run. The runs page tells you whether a flow is doing what you meant — and where it stops.

Open the runs

1. 1 Open Flows. The Runs column counts each flow's runs and Last run says when it last started.
2. 2 Click the number of runs, or press Runs on the flow's canvas.

What you see

• The totals: runs started, running now, finished and stopped.
• «How far runs get» — each step with how many runs reached it. A step nobody reaches is a branch that never matches.
• The latest runs. Open one to see every step it took and what happened: ran, waited, skipped or failed — and jump to the conversation.
