Connect SMS

An SMS channel lets you reach customers on any phone. Labeeq works through your own account with an SMS provider, and the provider bills you per message.

Pick a provider

• Twilio — paste your Account SID and Auth token, choose your Twilio number, then set the inbound URL Labeeq gives you as the messaging webhook on that number.
• Vonage — paste your API key and secret with the number or sender name you send from. In the Vonage dashboard choose the SMS API and paste Labeeq's URL as the inbound and delivery-receipt webhook.
• MessageBird — create a live access key, add your originator, then use a Flow Builder flow to forward incoming SMS to the URL Labeeq gives you.
• Custom SMS — a Twilio-compatible gateway of your own.

Check it works

1. 1 Use Test connection on Vonage or MessageBird — it reads your balance to prove the keys are right.
2. 2 Text your channel's number from your phone and watch it arrive in the inbox.
