Google Sheets — connect once, then any flow can append a row: new contacts, orders, survey answers.
Webhooks — get new messages, conversation changes, contact changes, deals and orders pushed to your own server, signed so you can trust them.
Developer API — access tokens for contacts, conversations, messages, deals, orders, products and tasks, each limited to the abilities you pick.
Meta Conversions API — tell Meta when a deal is created or won, so your ads optimise on real outcomes.

If a tool is not listed, it can almost certainly still be connected: a flow's HTTP step calls any API, and webhooks push to any URL.
