Send a campaign

A campaign sends one message to a chosen audience. On WhatsApp it must use an approved template, because you are the one starting the conversation.

1. 1 Open Campaigns and create one. Pick the channel it will go out on.
2. 2 Choose the audience — all contacts, a label, a saved segment, a list you import, or the recipients of an earlier campaign. Labeeq counts only the contacts reachable on that channel.
3. 3 Write the message using variables so each person sees their own name.
4. 4 Send a test to yourself, then publish or schedule it.

Staying welcome

• Write to people who asked to hear from you. Blocks come from irrelevance, not volume.
• Give every campaign a reason to exist — an offer, a change, a reminder they wanted.
• Watch the delivery and read rates on the campaign's own report, and slow down if they drop.
