TikTok direct messages (beta)

The TikTok channel is in beta. It brings direct messages sent to your TikTok Business Account into the shared inbox. If you do not see TikTok in the channel catalog, it is not open on your workspace yet.

Connect it

1. 1 Make sure you use a TikTok Business Account that accepts messages from everyone.
2. 2 In Settings → Channels → Connect a channel, pick TikTok and press Connect.
3. 3 Sign in to TikTok and allow every permission it asks for. Messages start arriving right away.

TikTok's rules

• A business can only reply after the customer writes first, and campaigns cannot be sent on TikTok.
• TikTok allows only a few messages until the customer replies, and fewer again once 48 hours have passed since their last message. The composer tells you how many are left.
• You can send text and JPG or PNG images up to 3 MB. Videos and files cannot be sent.
• TikTok does not share messages from people in the EU, Switzerland or the UK. Answer those in the TikTok app.
